+ on the shimming, also you may want to get your self a factory service manual for the time the dealer says it's normal you can do your own things.

Another thing to check is the vehicle alignment. If you do the shims I would do a vehicle alignment.

Sounds like shimming be a good place to start.

Just an update on this. My front motor mount was very loose when I put an allen wrench on it, the weight of the wrench turned the screw. I will throw some loctite on it soon, and I may try that shim process as well while I have the screws out. Thanks everyone for your help!
