so it starts... got the fairing in
cut the stereo hole out to allow for the splash guard

mounted

3.5 in DVD and video screen

shot of the back with the amp mounted

now... this is alot of weight for a fiberglass fairing... so went into the shop and Tim and myself fabbed up a cafe to suppor the weight though the main supports of the fairing
so cut some brackets

brackets gettign tacked up

Tim doing his thing

cage built

then moved on to the main supports needed some extra material added for the backet i came up with... Tim is amazign with stainless so he had at it

Then moved my attention on to the saddle bags...
had to make some spacers to move the speaker a bit off the bag wall so i can make a grill for them

spacers made

also eliminated the hook lock feature and made it more modern... added hinges to the front... these where later welded up so theya re good and solid

the night ended with a oven full of brackets all coated and ready for install... by the time i got home from the shop it was 3am and pouring so ill get some pics of the finished product up later
ooh ya bags are ready for primer as well
