Question PCIII questions

I am thinking to get a PCIII and big sucker 1, the website said For 07-08 Dyna Glide (w/ O2 eliminators), does it mean I won't be using the O2 sensors in the system? Do I need O2 plugs for the exhaust? Another question is placement, do I have enough room under the seat? I have the stock solo seat. Thanks! Alex

Yep it fits under the seat, that's where mine is. The oxygen sensors won't be used anymore but you can still leave them in the pipes. They are just unplugged and then the 02 eliminator plugs into the harness where the oxygen sensor used to be plugged into.
Here are the instructions http://www.powercommander.com/downlo...ngI814-511.pdf

Do your homework.... Why would you want a system that eliminates the part that is there to help tune the motor?
PC III would be near the bottom of my list of choices having owned one.

Do your homework and read why they are there 8541hog.
The whole reason to get a pcIII is to tune the fuel mixture. If you leave the o2 sensors in place it will try to undo the tuning you are trying to accomplish in the first place.

I have done tons of homework, that is why I bought the TMax. Perhaps you did not fully understand my point.

Good points made by all...for me it came down to a questions of $ and what I wanted....I wanted a better sound and a little more pep...the PCIII combined with the SE air cleaner package that Fuel Moto offered was the absolute best deal I could find after a good 30 days of searching. I am still happy with it after 8 months.

Thx guys, I like the TMAX but it costs 3 times more, am I going to race? Not really, just want it to run properly with AC and pipes, that's all. If I want to do a 103 kit and cam, yes I will spend money on TMAX. I just found out Fuelmoto sells the PCV, they can do a canned map as well, what do you think?

They did the map for me with the Rush slip ons and SE air cleaner and it has been fine.

I think the PC III works great. If you understand how the factory O2 sensors work you will see why bypassing them is the way to go.
