Want to upgrade.
Hi guys, I have a couple of questions for ya, hopefully somebody will be able to help me.
I'm thinking of getting a superglide standard, price is definately right, its an 07.
I'm not crazy about the stock bars, has anyone ever put some drag bars (H-D's street slammer type) on the scoot and if you did, how did you mount the speedo?...or, I was liking the Z-bars, like 6 or 8in, just unsure about the cable lengths and such....if anyone can help I would apreciate it...pics are good also.

I've got drag bars on mine. Mine is a 98 so not sure how similar they are but i have a a different riser and clamp.set up where the speedo sets in a new housing that is also the clamp for the risers. The clamp.and the speedo housing are one piece. If that makes any sence. Give me a little bit and ill post a pic.

I have an 04 FXD (speedo on handlebars). I have 27" drag bars with 10" risers. That's as crazy as I can go with splicing or adding cable and wire. Just remounted the speedo in the stock location. Don't know if that helps, but that's what I did.
