Ok my Girlfriend has an 05 Dyna Lowrider that the previous owner has put 4" risers and stock Wideglide handlebars on which essentially gave her 16" "rise" I guess. It measures 16" from the triple tree to the top of the bars.
Well now she wants to eliminate the tall risers but wants to keep close to the same height and feel of her set-up. We have some short risers which will raise the bars 1.5" from the triple tree so probably need 14" apes of some sort.
Does anyone know the width, pullback, and center measurements for the WG bars so we can compare to the bars we find? I like the looks of the Chubby W0572 but they are a lot wider.

Make sure after install that your hands are not above your shoulders when riding, this will put up a flag to start measuring by law enforcement. Many police use the hands/shoulder rule to influence if they pull you over.
check out the santee bonanza 2's! a few of us dyna guys have them. they have two heights & are $130 at the dealership is your dealership is a custom chrome vendor. check them out in my sig pic.

Ok, need some advice. We found out the specs on the Dyna Wide Glide bars, (10" rise 34-1/4" width 8" center 10" pullback) I have those, with 4 inch risers on my Dyna.
Love the fit, but not so much the look. It just looks too broke up for me. (see pic in garage) I am considering going with an ape and back to the 1 inch risers. I currently have internal wiring, and would like to keep it that way.
My problem is I have no idea about fitment on apes. I dont want to go any higher than what I have now.
Any suggestions on manufactures, styles, sizes, etc?
I have road 6 16's on one inch risers. They have like 7 inches of sweep, so they are taller, but your hands are actually not that high. I'm 5' 5", and I can ride comfortably all day. Hundreds of miles. So, anyways.....check ouot the sweep/pullback of different bars, sometimes that affects the rider/posture more than height.
