I have a 2011 FXDWG with a 4 Speedometer. Im interested in switching this out to a Speedo/Tach. Ive been looking online at the HD website but all the 2011 FXDWG gauges are for a 5 speedometer. Will the Combination Digital Speedometer/Analog Tachometer - 4" Part # 70900100 work for my 2011? It says itll work for the 2012 FXDWG.
If not, is there a 4 speedo/tach gauge for a 2011 FXDWG?
Thanks....the thread helps, but doesn't really answer the question....I've got a call into the HD Dealership so see if the 2012 works for my 2011. I'm gonna be pretty bummed if it doesn't. I'll look into the dakota model too. Many thanks!!
The Dakota is BUTT ugly IMHO. I really wish HD would come out with a 4" Speedo Tach option for us 2011 and older folks. But I am pretty sure they are going to abandon electronic upgrades for anything other than the 2012 and newer folks for now.
