Vinyl Wrap Instead of Paint?

You can try Plastidip spray paint.

It dries to a rubberized coating that can bee peeled off if you don't like it. I painted my helmet with it, and did a test session on my rear fender. I let it dry and then peeled (rolled) it off. Came off fine with no discoloration. BUT - I'm not sure if you left it on for a year, would it still have no discoloration...

While this is my step sons business, I'm not trying to plug it. I just wanted to let you see what can be done with a 'vehicle wrap' if it's done correctly. Check out the videos on this site.
I'm going to give him my helmets this winter. Who knows, maybe I'll 'let' him do the bike.
BTW: The vinyl protects the paint underneath. When you're tired of the design, peel it off and the paint is as good as it was when the vinyl was applied.
