Has anyone seen this bag closely. I can not find pictures of the back /how to install and what exactly is fixed/
Thanks in advance for any response.
I have it installed on my bike, nice bag. The way it mounts are brackets that bolt to the frame where the passenger peg was. Then you run straps through the slots in the back of the bag (they are a lock down strap with a plastic lock fold over type). The bag itself is leather and it has a hard reinforced plastic liner on the back side of the bag to keep it straight (the plastic is inside the bag). The front looks like standard belt buckle style straps but underneath are quick connect plastic locks.

Yep reading owned me on that one, I bought it not paying attention to that note. So when I went to install it the directions stated to remove the passenger peg. The wife rides with me so that wasn't an option and I really like the bag so I didn't want to try to sell it. So I mounted it onto my battery cover and made it work, still looks good though.
No problem and the method of attachment is def. strong enough once you tighten the straps down and lock them down. Mine isn't installed in the original spot but straps down the same way to my battery cover. No issues at all with it being not secured or coming off down the road.
Can you put some pics on how it looks mounted on your bike.
Thanks, I also bought it without looking at the installation instructions so if I could avoid removing the footpegs it will be better.
Sure thing check out the attachment, I can provide more pics when I get my bike back from my painter. I am getting a custom paint job done right now and he has a couple projects ahead of mine. So it won't be until around Xmas time that I get the bike back.

could you use a longer set of bolts and mount the bag bracket underneath the pass. peg mount?
