OK guys, this is the finished product. Just have to do some final sanding and shaping and then off to the powder coaters in a couple weeks (JRK5892 here I come ) I think I am pretty happy with it, especially because the "dyna" contour lines on the fender were driving me crazy. Thanks for the support guys I will post pics after powder.
Looks nice. Would look even better if the back end was slammed down were the bottom of the fender would be in line with the top of the rim. You have alot of room to go lower there. 2 to 3 inches down to the tire would really look hot!
Nice job, I think others will be copying the look!
That tin would rock on a Fat Bob.
Remove your shocks and drop to bump stop. Use that as a guide. Trim front and drop it till its 3/8 off tire and redrill fender for support holes. Cut wheel open for one smooth arch radius. Then it will look good

Thanks guys, Yeah I am pretty happy with where the fender is right now, I have 10.5 (2 in drop) shocks in the mail right now. I took off the shocks a few days ago and that is how I decided 2 in drop. After those shocks get in I will put up a new pic, but those should put me about an inch and a half off the tire before I sit on it. I think I will be very happy with it.
