Hey, ColdCase, I'm using the HD Supertuner...and the emissions measure up ok, so do the sparks. It may be that I keep the revs up...cruise at 3300 rpm generally, the 204 cams feel just nice then.

Ah, and I just see PHA-Q so I'm not alone. Thats good to know.

You should get better. The tune has everything to do with it. I get 56 all day long on the hiway. 48-50 in town

I had been getting sub 30 mpg, and all that was done was a set of slip ons

I get an average of 46-48 mpg, but what I found is that I do get considerably less when I ride aggressively lol

50 to 51 on the highway. Have not checked in town. The Andrews 48H cams helped about 1 mpg.

Around 35mpg in the city. 50mpg highway.
The city mpg is much lower because I had to add fuel to the closed throttle poisition on the PC III to stop the shotgun blast backfires.

On average about 45-50. Only thing I have are Rush 1.75 slip-ons. No tune or AC. I don't do a lot of around town riding but 30 seems way low.

05 Wide Glide, I'm getting 45-50 MPG all around. I had a 01 FXDL Carbed Mikuni's and was around 35 or so.

use to get like 30, when i had slipons.... didn't change when i put on heavy breather and thundermax computer.

then I changed my exhast to 2into1 rhineheart.

now i get like 40, with a lot of freeway.

I wish someone would explain why harleys get such variety with MPG!
maybe the spacing is off on the parts from the factory?
and what parts would they be?

i'd love to change something in the motor and get 48-50 like others are getting.
