And don't forget to mark which is which, or remember colors, they are different and need to go back to the same pipe they came from!
@snake_eyes Did this Jims #784 tool actually fit the O2 sensor?
I purchased one, and it doesn't seem to fit. Date code on the tool is J21 (October 2021). I called Jims to complain, sent the tool back, and they sent me another tool. Same problem. My 14mm craftsman wrench fits the O2 sensor perfectly. Called again to complain, and it seems as though they don't believe me. I've asked them to verify the wrench fits a HD O2 sensor and they claim it does. I've attached a couple of pictures. I've measured the wrench openings and only get 0.541".
Yeah I used to use a torch to heat the bung around it up when I wrenched on cars. the issue is they can snap off in the bung, then you are drilling and extracting...I would think a plumbers torch would do the trick also.

Yeah it does and it's worked, but it is a tad loose

I just sprayed the base of the O2 sensors with some PB Blaster Penetrating Catalyst and let it sit for about 30 minutes. No real trouble removing the O2 sensors with my Craftsman 14mm wrench. i ordered the Jims #784 tool before I started this project just in case I ran into any issues. I'm just frustrated since I paid for a fairly expensive tool that doesn't even fit!
