Default J&S jack on FLD frame

Anyone have pictures of the lift points for jacking a FLD Dyna frame? Nothing in the service manual about jack points..Left side will hit floorboard bracket first then the frame.. Maybe thats OK ? Hard to get clear photos of whats going on..

From the J&S manual. On Dyna models line up rear lift table to contact frame on back side of trans. pan. Looks like you are to far forward. Been awhile since i had my dyna.

Cool J & s jack

Call J & S for their expert opinion. They have outstanding customer service, none better. I called yesterday about my jack leaking fluid and the friendly guy took my name and checked my record and said. "no problem." He would package up a new one and have it on the way to me ASAP. No questions axed except, "is there anything else he could do for me?" I don't think I be wrong by bragging on them until it gets here because of the way they have treated me in the past.

Put the left side just behind where that rail is. It looks too far towards the front. I am changing fluids on mine and it's on the jack now. On my bike I put the left side right under the rubber boot for the rear master cylinder.

Called J&S and got it figured out, The front lifting rail does contact and lift on the floorboard bracket but its not a problem since the bracket is pretty stout. This is a Rock Solid jack and the customer service is Excellent.
