Exclamation Glare issue Please help

I do a lot of night riding due to my work. I have glare on my windshield from my gauge right at the dang top. I am looking for a way to prevent the glare. I have done a 2 inch tank lift, a visor, and both helped. I also relocated the turn signals and that fixed that issue. I love my gauge, but the glare gotta go! I tried a search but came up short. Any advise, hopefully cheap…

The cheapest way would be to lose the windshield. If your windshield is a must, use a piece of leather and a couple of magnets to cover the offending gauge at night.

If you have a detachable windshield just tilt until the gage glare is gone. Probably tilting the top forward. Only thing I can think of.

I'll check the tilt angle, I do have a visor, and I have also been thinking about vinyl tint. Any other ideas?

I was thinking of vinyl but not tinted. Something clear that has a matte finish that still lets you see the gauge, but like a frosted light bulb will cut down the glare.

My windshield I discovered was just too tall, I wasn't looking over it like I should when in my comfortable slouch. So I trimmed it. see the following thread for how I did it. Glare fixed!
