Yes, you are absolutely fine to run drag pipes an ANY Harley Davidson motorcycle. They have been the pipe of choice for countless decades and will continue to be used for 100 more years. They are loud and obnoxious, and are not the best choice if maximum performance is your goal, but they work. They are also very inexpensive compared to most other aftermarket systems. You can run them with or without cheap baffles and I prefer to run them with torque cones. You can expect a certain amount of decel popping on a newer fuel injected Harley with no additional tuning, but thats their nature. Krome Werks sells some outstanding baffles that have been proven to work superb inside of drags if you choose to quiet them down a bit. If you do nothing but the pipes, most people don't bother with tuning, but if your going to do an intake as well, you are going to need some additional tuning if you add drags.
No baffles sound like *****, IMO. Not worth the performance loss for a couple extra dB's....especially in drag pipes. They're friggin loud with baffles, lol.
