Price match for parts
I found info on the forum from a while ago about this and thought it was worth posting for anyone looking for parts.
Been looking for Risers for my street bob and had a hard time finding something cheaper, someone mentioned Dennis Kirk matched prices and beat it by a $1.
I found a set of joker risers for $130 on sale at Dennis Kirk and decided to price match instead of dealing with the great unknown of eBay. I put them in my cart online and then opened a new tab and googled the joker riser, Amazon had about 10 stores listed. I chose the cheapest and followed Dennis kirks directions came to 102(with company shipping charge) submitted and paid.
Few hours later received a email that they were a closeout item and wouldnt be matched, what did I want to do? Back to Amazon and found another store 101 shipped, sent the link back and was accepted.
They should be here this week with DK's free shipping.
It only took me a little while to do all of this and it saved me $30, came out to about the price I was going to pay to someone I had never dealt with on EBay. I feel much better with DK if I have an issue or dont like them and need to return them.
