The black one with the rubber plug is the accessory fused one. I bought the Y- connecter from HD and cut it apart to use for my heated gear. NOTE: I think only 3 of the 4 pins are 12v and the other 7.5(?). Use you DVOM to verify. Hope you don't need those heated gloves for awhile yet! LOL
Thanks for the great info. So are we saying that the black one is fused and the gray one isn't.
I saw the black one the other day,capped,beside my coil and was wondering what it was. Now I know. I'm going to use it for a click in portable music system.

To clarify, Harley-davidson.com/70270-04A says this harness connects directly to main battery power... it's not switched.
