I just bought that item, as well as a rebuild for my Keihin CV. I think the only problem I had was with the gasket for the float bowl was the wrong one. The EZ screw is better than the stock setup.
Not sure I agree with HogPro on ditching the CV and getting a Mikuni. Have heard (i.e. talked a few individuals regarding getting a new carb or why to keep the CV) good things about the CV - and that it is good for 80+ HP.
