Not getting any codes, at least this gives me some more ideas of what the problem could be.
If you described the condition and they thought that, if there was another Harley dealer in your area I would try them.

I described the problem to them and they had no idea, I left it with them to see if they could figure it out.
They said the tech test rode it, saw what the problem was but not sure on how to fix it. Clutch needed adjusting, so they did that, test rode again and said they didn't have the problem return.
Well 2 rides later (less than 20 miles total from leaving the shop) it's back and the ride going back to the shop tomorrow.

Yep! Crappy dealers will do that if can't replicate the problem. "Got it taken care of...Adjusted the...fill in the blank" They think they are that much smarter than the average rider...I had a Roadking that would vibrate like heck at 35. Took it in...Ten minutes later, brought the bike back out. Them: "Adjusted the fall away. We usually charge but will let it go this time" Me: "How the hell did your remove the nacelle, adjust fall away and put it back together in ten minutes? Not to mention the fact that I already checked/adjusted it myself yesterday?" They were speechless...That tech got fired the following week. Ended up being a bad wheel from the factory...I get a LOT more respect from the service department there these days...

Now I understand. And really see their point. I personally have never jumped on another bike and did not think the clutch or shifter position needed adjusting. Hope they figure it out. If it only acts up once in a while it can be a real bear for someone working on these things for a living. Keep us informed. In the mean time get you a good Harley Service and electrical diagnostic manual and study all the components and how they interact with each other. In a few months you will probably be smarter then the mechanic even if you do not do your own work. A 2011 STOCK Harley should run good.

Well I think my local stealership is full of ****, I dropped it off with them and they said they ran the dyno and it came back all jacked up and they wanted to use a super tuner and re-dyno it, saying it would run me $1000.
I had the bike dyoned by one of the best guys in the area who does all the tuning for 2 dealerships down about 70 miles south from me.
I called him up and he said that the dealership don't have the right machine to read the tune he did due the tuner I had, and I believe him. This guy really knows his stuff and came highly recommended.
Long story short, I'm picking my bike up from the dealership tomorrow and trailering it down to the guy who did the tune, he's going to ride it and check the tune and see what the hell is going on with the thing.
Also while it's down there I'm going to get him to throw some upgraded cams in her.
I don't have much faith left in my local dealer.

Save the tune the tuner did. Then load a tune from the website that is close. That will determine if its the tune or not. If not, you can always re flash the ECM..
