Do a search on CCI 632800 short style, CCI 632802 long style, mfd by Kajima. I've had the short style on for almost two years now and they are holding up well. A while ago there was a problem with vendors being out of stock on the item but it should be OK now.

I run the CCI shorts as well and they are great. They are made to fit your application, so there's no cutting or anything. I've got them in stock if you want a quote.

The Kajima 49mm Gators are what I put on 2 years ago. I heard they were affected by the Tsunami in Japan causing the difficulty in supply. They seem to be available again from what other forum members have posted in the last 6 month or so.
I know there's several posts on this subject, but can I get a quick 'whats involved' with installing these properly? Do they replace your dust caps or just fit into them. .? I've seen people cut and glue them on. If I take the forks off can I avoid this? Just slide them into place and they're maintenance free. .?

thats it.
i have had these gaiters on 2 years now. very good quality.
put bike on jack.
remove front wheel and fender.
slide legs out of the tripple trees,
fit gaiters, then refit forks, fender, wheel.
its a half hour job.
the top end of the gaiter is held in place by a cable tie.
the bottom just pushes over the bottom fork leg.
no need to remove dust cap.
