a lot of professionally painted flat or semi gloss bikes and cars have had a de-glossing agent added to the clear coat then sprayed. it is as durable as regular clear and has all the UV protectant in it. if it chalks up, it's cheep.

Buddy of mine uses tire wet on his...a light mist on a micro fiber cloth. I've neve tried it something about using petroleum distillates and a product that's designed to shine stuff seems oxy- moronic to the point of counter productivity to me...but his denim looks great ill give him that.

I love my denim paint job more than any other paint I have ever had. It is the lowest amount of work you will ever have to do to keep a black paint job looking great. I wash it rarely and spray it down with some windex (learned that on these forums). No fade, no scratches, no problems. I ride daily and have a 2010 fatboy.

They won't allow me to use a real picture yet cuz I am a newbe, I guess. But there is a real small picture of it! I see a lot of Black Denim in So Cal...it's very popular.
