Default How tight - trees, wheels, rotors, pulley

Hey guys, I have to install my stuff that I'm getting back from the powdercoater, and I was wondering around how tight everything should be. I don't have a torque wrench or manual. 2001 FXDX if it matters.

Bolts to attach rotors to wheel?
Pulley to rear wheel?
To tighten triple trees to fork tubes (these were a b*tch to get off...1/2in drive and huge breaker bar, should they be that tight?)

Just crank the sh*t out of everything? I read someone crushed their fork tubes somewhere by over-tightening the trees, don't want that.

Red loctite on everything?

Thanks! Almost ready to ride!

If you plan on doing things yourself .. I'd buy the torque wrench and manual.

Hmm, guess that was a stupid question then?

I've never used a torque wrench and never had any issues but I was just wondering if anyone could lend some advice, but I guess I'll have to wait to do it til I buy a few things...

Blue loctite and torque to spec with a torque wrench. Some things you can get away with without a torque wrench, but this is not something you want to mess around with.

Sorry. Those are all critical fasteners on the bike. You don't want the front end to come loose, and be able to stop! A pulley coming off in the back could easily cause a wreck! I would seriously consider buying a service manual and a good torque wrench. Or take it to a dealer. Blue loctite would be what you want to use, red takes heat to remove the parts.

IF this wasn't an April fools prank, all I can say is GET a MANUAL! Can't stress that enough! You don't want to efff up any of those parts, PLUS pulley bolts already have inherent issues. Don't risk not doing it right.
