2003 dyna front wheel spacer install does this look right?

Default 2003 dyna front wheel spacer install does this look right?
I recently changed my front wheel bearings on my 2003 fxdl and have put about
A 100 miles or so on it since and after I finished riding today I noticed this on the right side(opposite of the brake and rotor side) does this look right? See the picture below.

What is that brown substance? Is it something that you picked up on the road or grease coming from the "supposed to be " sealed bearing.

There should be a washer in the right side and spacer on the left, when sitting on the bike.

Both sides had a spacer the side in question also had a washer that is in leg side. What I want to know is if that space is right that you see in the picture?
