Just ordered a fairing and clamps for my Fat Bob. Doug got right back to me with info and told me he will let me know when it will ship. Plus a military discount was the icing on the cake.
Being the military, I just found out I am getting orders to Camp Lejune and will be moving when he was originally going to ship the fairing. I sent him an e-mail explaining my situation, and he told me he would hold onto the fairing until I get to my new place and mail it.
Made my day with great customer service, and a great product. Thanks Doug!
