Corbin made a good seat for Triumph's and BSA 650/750s back in the day. Now the stuff looks like belongs on rice cruisers and Victory's. To bad about your seat problems with them but you should deal with you credit card company, let them do the work.
They're very good at posting trouble like this and getting results through mass pressure.
A few years ago, Mike Corbin put his company up for sale. I'm not sure if it sold.
It's a shame to see this company losing focus. They used to be the go-to aftermarket seat; but to be fair, they were good at selling basically catalog seats that replaced OEM seats. Custom touches were limited to logo or no logo, or backrest/no backrest. I had several in the 80's and early 90's. I never thought of them as the most comfortable seat, but they did make good quality seats for a decent price.
Too bad for them. This kind of bad service is hard to come back from.
Gosh, what a shame. I was just there for the Hollister run. They were installing a seat on Sonny Barger's bike. I have never heard negative about them before, although I have a local (out of his garage) guy do my seats. Good luck, I would be flaming also.

Maybe the seats they make for Victory doesn't have a flying wheel but has a flying skull?
As others have stated many credit cards have buyer protection.
Just call your bank and initiate a chargeback on the transaction and explain what you explained here. You were actually being way more generous than you should need to be.
In this day and age it's surprising a company would act this way and survive for long but apparently they do.
Glad you shared this as you may save someone else a ton of headaches.
Again just initiate a chargeback and ask your credit card company how to proceed. If nothing else a chargeback is a pain in the a-- and will waste some of their time.
Good post. Too bad because their Dual Tour and Rumble set look really cool. Bad employees can sink a company fast!

Contact the CEO with a well drafted and detailed letter bullet pointing the details of your experience.
Lay out very clearly your intentions not to accept the product you clearly DID NOT order.
Bob
They used to be good, but they have gone completely down the tubes...My brother had a similar experience!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! and I believe your bizarre story because his was similar...they are out of control and don't care about anything but the money...delete corbin from your memory banks...
