Damn, dude...that sucks. I had the opposite experience, but I got a different salesperson (a guy) and he was great. Sorry to read all of this and I hope you get it sorted out.

I didn't want the flames and flying wheel thingy either, so I called to place my order. The guy that helped me explained that a stitch design in the seating area was necessary to prevent the leather from pillowing up over time. He walked me through all the different designs they offer with pictures of examples from their website. I chose a diamond stitch.
I've tried 5 different seats and this one is the perfect one for me. It's firm but comfortable, which is what I prefer. I hate soft, spongy saddles. The quality and fitment are tops.
I guess if I ever need any follow up service, I'll make sure I get the same guy on the phone.
A couple of weeks ago, I stopped in at their Daytona Beach area sales office. Had a really helpful sales guy (Sergio) walk me through the whole process and decided to buy one of their solo seats. You can get other than flames stitched on the seat - I got "tuck and roll" stitching. A couple of days after I returned home, I called and made a change to the order and talked to the same guy. He was very helpful and promptly send me an email confirmation of the change.
So, based on that, so far, I have had a good experience though I have yet to get my seat. Based on all the problems others have had, I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I'll let you know.
I heard about their crappy service over 10 years ago and a phone call revealed a bit of attitude so I ordered the seat from Dennis Kirk; they went to the warehouse shelf and brought the seat to the phone to confirm some questions I had; then I bought from them...excellent seat BTW; just can't deal with the manufacturer very easy forever it seems.
BTW; when an entity is for sale it isn't always "for sale". Sometimes it's just a ruse to keep the banks at bay; I've seen it before...
i just ordered one, online, never talked to anyone, they confirmed my order via email and told my 3-4 weeks..... 3.5 weeks and my seat arrives....best f-ing seat ive ever sat.....
Corbin service sucks, most of the dealership in the province of Quebec won't do business with them anymore since they tried to screw us over more than once
