No, something is loose, you are going to have to track it down and secure it...better yet the dealer needs to track it down and secure what ever is loose.... and being as it's the handlebars and their job, I would make it their priority!

Went to 12" mini apes and had dealer do it. Now I get a rattle/bad vibration at about 2800-3000 rpm. Is this common?
I went to 10" mini apes now at high rpms I here a rattle but the rattle stops as soon as I shift into another gear. The rattle seems to be coming from under the bike. Would it be possible that the kick stand is vibrating causing the rattle? Maybe the spring has sprung a bit?
I will have to check, I appreciate the input. It does sound like its something loose rattling around, I've tried pushing down on a few things while riding to see of it stops but its a little tricky to do. It is not the clutch lever because if I put a finger on it it will still do it. Maybe a mirror or something
My clutch lever rattles when I remove my hand from the bar. It has done this with every set of apes I have had. the vibration from the bike is magnified across the rise in the bars and without my hand up there to obsorb the vibration the rattle can get annoying. Other than that, I don't know what to tell you, just have the dealer look it over and fix your issue if posisble.
Had a guy at the dealer ride it and it ended up being the fuel cap. Wasn't sealing all of the way. He threw a new one on there for free. +1 on awesome service and good people.
