Just ordered a new Corbin Hollywood Solo for my black denim Street Bob. I was going for an old school look so went with their distressed 'bomber' black leather as opposed to full black. Anyone see a Corbin distressed in person? I have one day to change to full black. I'm on the fence about it since I have not seen it in person.

I have the Hollywood Solo on a 1990 Sportster, very comfortable seat. ( took a couple of tries to get the fit right....) but I like it.
Here's some advice. Cancel your order before it's too late.
Yea well a little more info would be great. I have had Corbin Classic solos for years btw. Really interested in the distressed leather look more than the seat itself

Here is a pic of someone's bike here on the forum with the leather that you are interested in. The crossed stitched area on the seat and back rest is the the "Black bomber jacket". I personally love the look and ordered the same exact seat for my bike which is the same color as this person's bike. Thank you again Mr LI. The Corbin people told me that the Bomber jacket leather is softer but that the seat will still be firm like all Corbins. I should be getting mine in a few weeks. This will be my 4th Corbin, ran a classic solo on my 05 Road King for 11 years and before that on my Dyna and FXR.
Good Luck

I saw a sample of it when I was there last year. I think it will be good for that classic look.
I know others have had troubles with them, but I could have not been happier with their service.
Doesn't make me want to cancel . . as I have had Corbins in the past. SHT happens . . . though obviously it's not cool the way they handled the given situation, yet at the same time, I know plenty people who have plain Corbin seats, so have no clue what he is talking about re: flame (though as he stated it may be a California 'thing').
After speaking with Corbin today they did say the bomber jacket black looks somewhat gray next to a black bike (which is not what I'm looking for) so I went with plain 'Mercedes' leather. I have a feeling I may kick myself in the *** when I see a black bomber seat in person.
