Saddlebag inquiry

I am looking for some hard saddlebags for my Dyna. I came across this saddlebags on Ebay and the price is good. However, it mentions that it needs a conversion kit. I've been trying to find such a kit but I have not have that much luck. Do any of you guys know what kit are they talking about or have actually purchased the product?

cycle visions has a hard bag kit thats pretty much bolt on to the dyna but requires you to use thier bag bottoms and provide lids, or if your mechanically inclined many of us have made our own hard bag set ups for the bikes. it all depends on whether you have more money then time or more time then money

I like the shovelhead bags , easy to mount using shovel mounts , I have a total of 165 in bags but I did paint and body work

I think they mean you need to purchase a signal relocation kit. Hard bags require you to move the rear signals. Harley sells them for about $60. Had to do that for my bags.

You do realize that these are unpainted, have no latch kit, no mounting brackets, and you have to pay customs fees because they are coming from China which also says about 4 to 8 weeks transit time.
