I want to replace my current shifter lever with an extended one to give me a little more room with my crash bar and forward controls. ANYway ones i'm looking at says it wont fit mine- '11 FXDC-but will fit other models-what's the difference? Why wont they fit mine? Is it THAT much of a difference with the stalk and/or splines? And why cant I use a toe/ heel lever and just use the toe part? Thanks
