Default street bob lowering with a passenger

hey guys, new here and first post. ive searched but havent found a true answer to my concerns. i just bought 14 bob, i want to throw on the burly rear only slammer kit. im 5'9 160 and my passenger is 5'7 130 my issue is not really will it be comfortable because im coming from a sportbike and her seat was basically a 5 inch piece of leather wrapped plywood so ride stiffness is something i can tolerate not to mention my beater car rides and cut springs and slams so hard i think it may fall apart one day so again i can handle a bumpy ride, my issue is i dont want to hit so hard that it bottoms out and screws up my fender. obviously this comes down to me riding carefully and being observant of road obstructions but what do you guys think who have experience with the setup with a passenger? Thanks guys!

I don't have it on a SB but on a WG and ride 2 up all the time. I am 5'11 240 and passenger is 5'4 130. I have to have it on setting 3 at least to keep from complete bottom out. However I have still hit the passenger peg and the belt guard on very hard bumps. It is a very stiff ride but believe it or not it does get better. Or maybe I'm just used to it. I have since lowered the front of my bike as well. Probably my favorite mod to date.

When my ol'lady is on the back we are pushing 300lbs total, she is have my weight so the extra 100lbs when she is on isn't even noticeable. I installed the Burly's one day one and set it at the middle adjustment and haven't had any issues 40K miles later.

I tried the "just rear" Burly ... bike tracked like poo with the front higher. Added the front and leveled it out ... perfect.

Dont ride 2up as I have no *** end on the bike so cant comment
