Had a buddy stop by yesterday who use to manage a detail shop. We spent a few hours detailing the LR. Not that my bike ever gets real dirty since I wipe it down after every ride and it is always garaged or covered, we polished it up and it was looking like it did when I first got it. Amazing what a good detailer can do.
Looks like another week with no riding. Suppose to get a break in the weather Fri and Sat.
Cracking ride out today 0n the 2014 (5050 miles on the clock) across the wolds until it cut to one cylinder. found it was the front cylinder not firing, no loose leads, took out the plugs, front was wet, swapped plugs, still the front not firing, came home in a van! Anyone else had this problem?

Good to hear. Running smoother and cooler is what it is all about.
TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE
I recently ordered a FP3 for my HD 2k15 Low Ryder 103 cui.
Checking the MPG at every fill up was showing a consistent 43-45 MPG before FP3 install which is pretty normal.
With the FP3 install, stock map, it's telling me I'm getting around 48-50 MPG for average MPG per the iPhone readout.
The bike is still all stock.....no Stage 1 etc. I initially started with stock tune then loaded a stock map with K&N high flow air filter.
My question is which is more accurate for checking MPG's , the FP3 readout or doing it the ole fashion method.....miles driven divided by gals of fuel used?
Old method still showing I'm getting 43-45 MPG while FP3 48-50 MPG.

I do it the old fashioned way. Miles driven divided by gallons used. I commute to work so I have a very regular route. I am getting on average 45 MPG.
