Might look at upgrading my horn too...the horn our bikes came with sounds like it'd be more at home on a vespa...
Really want to paint match this fairing but I still havent made up my mind if I want to stick with this one or get a tsport knockoff like everyone else...

lol, back in the day I had a Piaggio scooter and the horn actually sounded a little deeper.
As for the fairing I can now recommend the new Memphis shades road warrior. I went with a 11" winshield (about 14" total, I'm only 5'5"), just nose level and I'm loving it. My head is not pushed back on the highway and I get no turbulence. Quick release and pocket friendly price.

I'm definitely intrigued by it, and have thought about it. Mind posting up a pic?
My plan is to, at some point, move the gauges to the bars (see the Mickey Mouse thread) and I don't want too tall of a shield, want it to come just barely past the top of the bars/gauges...

Of course, here you go. There is a profile one that shows the shield just over the bars, but they also offer a 9" and I believe a 7" option.
That's my next project by the way, gauges to bars.

I'm liking that...that fairing is definitely back in the running, just made my final decision that much more difficult...haha...it'll be a while before I can do it anyway. Looking good man.

That's an overlook on Mulholland just east of Laurel Canyon. The scenery makes the bike look better.

Engraved Rebellion: Inside Bundnerbike's Glam Rock II
I looked around for a video showing how to disconnect the horn but did not find anything specific for the LR. There are two wires attached to two prongs and the bottom of the horn. Anyone know if you can simply disconnect the wires from the prongs?
