IMHO, the horn on our FXDLs is a joke. Only not funny. Anyway to mount the horn off an FXDC or FXDB?

Tried removing the plastic clips from the prongs and they did not come off. Tried 4 times and they are not budging.

I have a good friend who will be stopping by my house later in the week to see me about another matter. I will have him look at the horn situation. He is the same person who should be able to make a better horn bracket.

I take it the LR S does not have the same horn as the LR since the ignition is different?

Bad weather has prevented me from riding since Sun. May get a chance to ride this upcoming Sun. Some real bad weather in my neck of the woods.

Any LR or LR S owners ride above 90 degrees?

I've been riding all week so far. Mid 90's with heat index around 105 or so. St. Louis area, so humid as well.

Dedication, stupidity, I guess it's all a matter of perspective! I'm loving this bike though and have some pretty awesome custom parts on the radar. It'll be even better by the end of the season.
