Same here. Me and a friend went and rode around the lake for a few hours yesterday but at over 90 degrees and no clouds to hide the sun we didnt stay out long.
Same here. 90+ degree temps are not good riding weather.
I needed a small item from Home Depot but no stores in my area had it. The closest store that did was 45 miles away. Seemed like it would be a nice ride so out I went. 90゚ in New Jersey traffic are Sunday...not such a great idea. But it was still fun. 🙂
I am thinking about buying this 2014 Low Rider. The bike is located in the south and would need to be shipped to upstate NY. Bike has 5500 miles on it and would cost $10k shipped to my door.
The bike is set up exactly the way I would set it up. Forward controls, V&H exhaust, low sissy bar.
Seems like a good deal?
I am a little concerned with buying a bike sight unseen but the dealer (non HD dealer) seems to have good reviews and the person I spoke to sounded like a good person.
If the mileage is accurate and you've had photos from every angle to check that it hasn't been dropped, then it's probably fine; as you say, it's set up nicely. For peace of mind, it might be worth the time and expense of taking a trip across to see and listen to it in person, given the hassle and expense of dealing with any issues at such a distance. I don't know about US pricing, but from a UK perspective the price looks acceptable; Dynas are keeping their value well here.

It's a 13 hour drive. If it wasn't for the Corona virus I might have considered it.
I may just wait for something closer to home to show up.

Any opinions?
Buy it...I paid $14,500 out the door for my 2015, 3 years ago with the same mileage...
I found this bike at an HD Dealer in New Hampshire.
Bike has 8500 miles, fresh fluids and a new battery. They are asking $10,999 and I offered $10k. He came back at $10,500.
I want saddlebags but these look like cheap HD vinyl bags. Will eventually replace them with a good set of leather bags. Will add a quick detach windshield and the bike should be ready for a little touring (if Covid ever goes away).
It's a 4 hour drive there and I will probably go and look tomorrow or Sunday. If I like the bike will offer $10k since it will need tires in a 4 or 5k miles.
