Yes, that's a Ventilator, I have the same on mine. I replaced the filter with K&N HD-910. Remember though, if you do this you'll need a tuner (or dyno tune) on your bike if you don't have one already.

Before I even took delivery of my bike it had the AC, exhaust, retune, and PV2 installed.
My bike had a Cobra exhaust, and was tuned with a SE Super Tuner Pro, when I bought it, plus tons of chrome and extras, and I added a K&N filter. What was nice about the SE Super Tuner Pro, is that they are highly programmable and HD doesn't even sell them anymore! I have a great tune, with 78 HP, 95 ft. lbs. of Torque, and the most perfect air/fuel mixture I've ever seen...
