And some random hardware such as washers, nuts and bolts.

Here is how it looks with the 7" light.

How far back does your headlight sit into the fairing? What does your mounting block look like? I just put my 7" headlight on today with the block that came with it. It looks fine on the back but it's hidden inside the fairing when I mock the fairing up

After a bit of cut, mount, cut, mount, cut and mounting of the light and the bracket I purchased from headwinds (linked below) I got the 7" light to sit where it looks like it belongs stock. Here are some pic, profile of the the light under the fairing, pic of the bracket (best I can get) and one of that shows how I modified the bracket. Hope these help.

Blueangel how do you like those floorboards? Iv got the Kuryakyn mini's with my pedal cranked up, not bad but those look beefy. Brake side seems straight forward, but what was involved on the shift linkage side? Looks like they go for about 300 from what I can see, worth the dough?

I love the foot boards, so glade I went with them. Pretty sure the kit comes with everything you need to make the swap: boards, mounts, brake rod, brake lever, all shift linkage parts. The boards are different in the kit, they are the same as the one on the Switchback, I have the half moon boards that are used on the Slim. If you want to go the heel/toe way, there is no direct linkage that will work that I know of, if there is its way pricey, so I modified softail linkage with the help of a vise and flat soft jaws. Here's a link. https://www.hdforums.com/forum/dyna-...witchback.html look for some take offs here on the forum or online before you pick up new ones, I think I paid $200 for mine.

Awesome thank you, do the slim ones come black like that? And the whole kit off the slim works on the dyna?

You have to use the footboard kit HD sales for the Dyna models and then purchase the footboard pans and inserts use on the Slim to get the half moon style. The Dyna kit should except all rider footboard models used on the Switchback, Softail said and Touring models I believe. But the footboard kit used on a Slim/Softail won't work on a Dyna, different frames.

Pretty sure the Slim floorboards will fit the Switchback mounts. I've had the FLD boards on my bike for a couple years now & you couldn't pay me to go back to pegs. Best thing I've done to my bike.

Yea, I have the FLD kit on my Bob and they have the Slim half moons on them. I think he was confused and thought that the complete Slim setup would work on a Dyna.
