02 FXDWG also has 41mm forks (I used an electronic caliper to check). In fact, the part number for the fork tube is the same for the Softail Standard and the Wide Glide. So can someone tell me what the difference is? While Sportsters and 1999 and earlier dynas have 39mm, 2000 and up Wide Glides had 41mm until a later year.??
You're right, I didn't know that! 00-05 FXDWG have 41mm forks, same as Softail Standard and Night Train. The other Dyna models (-05) are 39mm. 06-later are 49mm.
On the (European) Custom Chrome site they list the same Progressive Monotube kit for 00-14 FXST and 00-05 FXDWG.
So, again, you are correct and you can look forward to a nice upgrade. Hope you enjoy it!

Appears the DS listing doesn't have them for the FXDF but that might just be a typo. If it fits the FXDWG should also fit the FXDF.
You would be correct Matt, Progressive does not have the monotubes for the FXDF model yet...........
I have been emailing Gerad at progressive for the last 4 months concerning the monotube kit for the Fatbob.
He explained that there was an issue during their R & D with the Fatbob, due to the steeper fork angle and front end weight they were not working to there satisfaction, so they are continuing with the testing and once perfected they will release.
He said it could be another 6 months to a year before this could happen.
