Does anyone have the installation instructions for the monotubes? I recived my set yesterday but for some reason the instructions were not in them. I also cant find them online.
Same thing happened to me. Kyle at progressive emailed the PDF to me. I didn't see it on their website. The one posted there is for touring models, not the dyna.
You can PM me your email address and I'll send them to you, or email Kyle directly, kknight(AT)progressivesuspension.com.
I'm going to pull the trigger on these, but have one question. I have a fork seal leaking. Do I need to replace it, since these only use a small amount of oil?

I couldn't say for sure, but you'll only use 300cc (300ml) of oil with the monotubes, just for lubrication, which is probably not enough to continue your leak.
However, you'll have to take everything apart to install the monotubes, so you may as well replace the seals while you've got them apart.

Reason: Typo
I've found my sweet spot for preload. I had to go back to the supplied spacer. It turned out my fork brace was causing some pretty bad stiction. It didn't affect my previous set up with springs, but the monotubes wouldn't return to "neutral" while on rough road or hard braking.
Speaking of braking, has anyone noticed pretty severe brake dive with these? I had none before with my Ricor set up, so I'm not sure what is considered normal.

Very little brake dive...much less than the stock springs
Been following this topic as I'm looking to upgrade at some point. Is it 300cc or 3cc Squid? (3ml = 3cc, not 300cc). Thx!
Just follow the instructions that come with them. Only 5oz per leg for mine, but different models may have differing amounts. 300cc is 10oz...so he must be referring to 10 oz total for both.

Sorry, typo. Yes, 300ml. My fork oil tool is measured in ml, not cc, but they represent the same volume.

Hmmm, mine is really bad, like bad enough to nearly bottom the forks. I have my sag set using the 1/3 Ohlin/Racetec method. Maybe that doesn't work with these. I'll try adding some more preload and test it.
