well atleast your not having any disabling issues, a lot of these bike have electrical bugs,,
and "Speedomter high Voltage" means just that, high voltage was measured at the speedometer.. which isn't really a problem, I think it happens to all bikes, just a momentary event. My 06 sportster did similar things, speedometer would go out on rare occasion and would get those low & high voltage errors, even after I had an aftermarket stator & regulator installed, actually I don't think it happeded as often with the better stator, but it's just a glitch, there's probably really not anything wrong with the bike.

Had same issues with '12 superglide. Ran normal, but turn signal indicators didn't work (actual lights did) as well as neutral indicator. Under warranty, service originally said speedo and replaced it. No go. Ended up being the piece that the indicators are in. (Brain fart on the name.) Easy fix once it was figured out, but annoying.
DTC B2272
The BCM monitors [259] terminal 1 and the speedometer
monitors terminal 5 for battery power.
DTC B2272 (BCM) is displayed when battery voltage is
greater than 16.1V for longer than 5 seconds.
DTC B2272 (Speedometer) is displayed when battery
voltage is greater than 16.0V for longer than 5 seconds
DTC B2272

b. No. Repair charging system.
2. Repair Validation Test
1. Clear DTCs.
2. Start vehicle.
3. Run at 3000 rpm for 5 seconds.
4. Does DTC reset?
a. Yes. DTC set by speedometer. Replace speedometer.
b. Yes. DTC set by BCM. Replace
I have a very similar issue (same code and a couple other). I have the Elec, Service, and Parts Manual did all the trouble shooting myself and found the voltage regulator (VR) was bad. Bike had to be at operating temp before the VR would fail. Talked with the tech told him what was going on and he confirmed my findings. Only reason its in the shop is its still under warrant and the wont do a one for one swap on the VR, they have to check the whole bike.
Hope this will help.
Figures its a long weekend and no VR in stock, Guess where my bike is sitting.
My 2013 wide glide has 12,500 on it. It did one time thousands of miles back after a wash have the eletrical system light come on. I attributed it to something got wet as it went out. Since then - at random times it comes back on and off. No bulbs burned out, motor runs good. No battery light on - ever. Due to the length of my commute and a rapid distrust of the quality of the HD build I am probably trading it in for something more relaible. Had a 07 FXDC and the tranny went at 50K miles. Now this. HD has proven itself to me - not to be trusted. Nice bikes, easy handling, torque monsters and old school look. But as I was always told and have now experienced not a reliable motorcycle.
2012 FXDWG roughly 25,000 miles same problem I have been fighting for a few months now. I have a thread on it too. For what its worth... My mechanic friend told me I should see more codes if it was my voltage regulator than just 2272. BCM? SPEEDO? I have been playing with wires and taking things apart for a while now trying to chase this issue. I had some issues with my local dealer service department that left me faithless, so I wont take it there. I loose all indicator lights on the dash and the speedo light. The speedometer does still read proper speed, but no light. My headlight will change brightness as this ghost shows itself. All my other lights are just fine when this happens. Blinkers work, brake lights work, just the headlight acts funny. I have followed wiring diagrams and those two don't have too much in common that I see. Well good luck with the issue, I may have to try a BCM if that stays the fix for you guys. Ill be sure to check back and update my post if I find a fix or wire. Safe ridding
