does anybody know of a program i can download or someother way that i can make the size of my pictures smaller so that they will fit on here?

Lots of them out there, but if you happen to have MS Office, Picture Manager can do it, as well as Paint that comes with Windows.

www.photobucket.com is free and easy to use. After you're done uploading and sizing, just cut and paste the " the direct link" http code ( it's long) and it will upload onto HD forums nicely. Hope this helps ya

Yeah dude. MS Paint.

Open your image in Paint...go to "Image" on the upper toolbar. Scroll down to "Resize/Skew". Resize your pic. Upload it. That is all.

Picasa 2 from Google. Free, organize, edit and resize all of your photo's and very easy to use.
