Default Voltage regulator issues ?
Riding Home today on my 2012 street glide my cruise and radio shut off and noticed my volt gauge pegged at 16 then it returned back to normal and radio and cruise went back to working. Then the same thing happened again. on this 4 hour trip. thinking it maybe the regulator or have a short somewhere. Ideas and imput

yep... most likely the reg... change it out.. especially since it's a 2012... check battery health first

2012 model year had a big run of bad regulators that acted up - especially hot.
