Good morning everyone, I have a 2016 Harley Davidson Softail Fat Boy S FLSTFBS ,
I replaced all the lights with aftermarket bulbs from Custom Dynamics Motorcycle LED Lighting.
I started noticing that the green light on the speedometer wasn't always working when the bike was in six gear.
Shortly after that my cruise control was doing the same thing, along with the RPM that show you what gear
you are in stopped working as well, It only shows the rpm not what gear the bike is in.
Cant seem to find out why this is happening, those anyone have any suggestions ???????
Hey Brandon, thanks for the recommendation but i have tried that as well, im thinking i have to put the
old computer back in and see if a code pops up that might be able to pinpoint the problem.

What old computer ?
What green light?
In the most general terms the bike needs to know traveling speed in order to lock a speed in.
A tail light that is illuminated for BRAKE would probably knock out a cruise control.
From a distance it reads like bike might not be reading speed for some reason.
Generally speaking when a new item is introduced and creates a problem then such an item should be removed in order to isolate the situation.
I installed an ECM w/autoune 16-17st, but the bike was running normal had no issues,
I changed the tail light is when i noticed the green light on the speedometer was working on and off along with
the cruise control, Green light indicated your in six gear, little by little they stopped working all together.
I put Custom Dynamics inserts on my 18 Roadglide; shortly after my engine gauges cut out and I lost cruise control; turns out the voltage regulator was to blame.
After replacement of the Voltage regulator under warranty, I took a chance on the LED inserts again; this time no voltage problems.
