I am helping a friend with his, 2006 Softail, Custom built, 110" Rev Tech Motor. Problem is, it has went through several starters, and ring gears, he has also changed, stator, regulator, coil, plugs, wires, and installed an Utima single fire ignition. He has a had trouble getting it started for a while now. He got a higher cranking amp battery, and it seemed to help the issue, until yesterday. He started it, rode it for 25, 30 miles or so, went home, shut it off, let it set for several hours, went to start it, turns over, but now, no fire to the coil! I run an Ultima ignition in mine, and never had an issue ( Doesn't mean anything though!) Does anyone have an idea of what I can check? I'm about to dive into the harness!
