Default Stator issue?

Hello all! I’ve had some reoccurring starting issues after a short ride. When I start the bike at home it fires right up. (1995 Electra Glide FLHTP) I’ve checked and cleaned all grounds including power wires from battery to the starter and its supporting components. Battery is fully charged. I started the bike and used my multimeter at the battery and I’m only getting 13.2V at the battery while running at 1500-1800RPM should I order a new stator or is there something small I’ve over looked?

Test the stator before you buy anything.

Disconnect it from the regulator and using an ohmmeter check to see if there is continuity in the windings and no connection to ground.

With engine running connect AC voltmeter to windings and see that you get around 20 to 26 volts per 1000rpm.

If 3 phase you have the different windings to check.

Pulled Voltage regulator/rectifier plug and tested the stator getting bolts that rises with RPMs. With that being said I’m going to say that the regulator is fried. There is a 2 lug block that has 3 wires coming from it in the battery box. What would this be? A lead from the regulator runs to it.

Just realized it’s a circuit breaker. Heading to the basement to test it now to rule it out.

I started the bike and tested it it’s only pumping 7.8v through it I’m going to say this is the culprit!? Or would it be reading off due to the regulator?
