Default Knocking when hot

So I was riding my 2009 Road Glide this past weekend and got caught in a bit of traffic. Bike has Fuel Moto 107 level b heads and 10.5:1 comp. When the head temp got to about 330 I got a pretty loud knock, Only at idle. I'm reading the head temp on a power vision. Could this be carbon Knock? Once cooled down the knock was gone.

330 is pretty friggin hot. I'd be more concerned if it didn't knock (lol)

I have the fuel moto107 kit with the woods tw-555 cams. Absolutely love it.
Usually my engine temps hover around 260 and if it gets up around 280 will start pinging. I never saw 330 and cant imagine the heat coming off it stuck in traffic. I think I would have melted right off the seat.

I don't think carbon had too much to do with it.
