Recently bought a 2010 wide glide only 6000 mi, after riding there is very clean oil misted on left front of engine and appears to be dripping from clutch cable adjustment boot. I understand it is a mechanical cable, I can find no visible leaks or weeping gaskets. Bike has sat for last 4 yrs, any one else seen this?

 

did you look at the fork seals and eliminate them as a source?

 

Forks are clean and dry, looks like primary fluid but can't locate source, n never seen oil blow forward. Guess its time to change fluids and measure in and then out.

 

it could be oil from your cable itself . i over lube mine and it drips down to the adjuster
