Default Oil Pressure Switch - does this look bad?

Hi - I noticed that the sleeve is kinda coming apart. Can someone tell me how bad this is and the importance of getting it fixed?

ps. and yeah I know it looks dirty - I was in a rain storm yesterday - cleaning her this weekend

That doesn't look too bad. Clean it up real good and some good electrical tape and maybe some of that corrugated plastic sheathing to protect it.
