AFIK Power Vision is the only DIY tuner that offer a license program. $200 is the going rate, I purchased my license for our second bike from Fuel Moto and it came with a map. Not a perfect solution but on a budget you could get close enough to ride. I would plan to save up for a proper tune though.
The parts I bought have new lifters in them as well. The guy said Harley took the 103 apart when it rolled into their showroom floor. They look brand new.
I have a tfi tuner on now. It will adjust most parameters manually. I agree when I scrape some cash together a full Dyno and tune will be in order. I think I'll save up for some cams. Used if I can find them. Thanks everyone.
