So the bike is dropped off ready to be torn apart. Doing the S&S 110 kit woth 585 cams and sending the heads to S&S to be done as well. Along with that doing bigger injectors, and locking clutch. Going to have the Vance and Hines 2-1-2 header with 4inch rineharts with the high flow performance baffles. I cant wait to see what the final product is going to be. Definitely going to be a different animal from the 103. Any of you guys have a similar setup?
i did the the s&s 110 power package last year with s&s 89cc heads, 58mm tb and intake, and 4.9 g/s injectors, i'm not in to custom head work. will be cool to see how your numbers look vs mine. i can get to see what i left on the table by refusing headwork.

Why are you against custom head work?
Your s&s heads obviously would have cost more than getting oem heads modded and you may not get the same gains?

Sounds like a good set up! You cant go wrong with those heads s&s makes a top product for sure. I am sure our numbers would be right around the same. What were your final numbers?

122hp/120tq (rounded). fine for an off the shelf parts bin. i have not so great dealer dyno tune because there are no great tuner's near tallahassee and i don't feel like riding or carting the bike down to Doc in Orlando. good daily driver. TBH, i ride my sportster more, it's more fun.

CVO 110" heads, at our Stage II Level, leave an S&S 2" valve Super Stock casting in the dust, no matter which way you shake it.
Not an opinion, and not a debatable comment.
Fact.
