Default 117 stage 4 kit with two brothers

Hi guys just sharing pic of my 2018 fat bob . Got 600 km on it now how many should I have on it before I get a Dyno tune

Start of build

I would have let the builder/s break the engine in on the Dynomometer just after they built it. Everything is in a controlled environment that way and all parameters of the break-in process can be carefully monitored and controlled.

A thanks old did not know that was told by the shop to go away run it in.. have been going by the book that you get with the bike . It Sounds right what you say..
they told me to bring it back at 1600 km then do it but was just checking because a this is all new to me have been not going over 3000 revs for the first 500 km
then no more the 3500 up to 800 km . Then what . They also said the tune that was supplied with the kit was fine and when they Dyno it they would fine tune it . ..? Just would like to know because I dont

I am not one to not dyno tune my builds.. I do not wait for a specific mileage break in... At 600k I think your good. You actually do more damage by waiting...

thanks guy will ring and book it in. You got me a bit worried now . Thank good I got it put In ( the kit ) when I brought it so it’s under warranty. Will let you all know how I go .

Nothing to be worried about except for excessive heat. I have heard many horror stories with dealers tuning a build. Make sure you get air fuel readings in your report so you can truly see whats going on. Also ask if they are doing it inhouse or subbing it out. I know a local indy that Dyno tunes for a dealer and must say though he is pretty good.. I have dealt with him in the past...
